You will sleep on a brand new Sealy Posturepedic queen-size bed with luxurious sheets. Attached laundry room with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, clothes wardrobe and a few paper plates, napkins and utensils. Please do not send me a request to stay in my home without telling me something about yourself and who is coming with you. Especially if you are a new traveler with no reviews. Private one bedroom, one bath....little heaven. You are at garden level, you can walk to the bus stop outside the condo complex. You can walk to the mall and grocery store as well. There is pool open for residents in the summer. You can use the common areas for events and get togethers. Kitchen has electric stove, there is a microwave and a refrigerator provided. The laundry is right there on the same level. You can buy tokens to use the washer and dryer. There is a balcony as well that can be used for bbq or flower pots. This is great for long term rental as well for drake students. The University is a 15 minute bus ride.

A brick hearth with candles (no fires) anchors the living room which has a sectional sofa, chair, smart tv with cable and WiFi (for Netflix,etc.) The adjacent dining room has a four-person table for family dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking including gas stove, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher. It’s not huge but it has everything you need. We provide coffee, tea, oil, and s/p. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and small closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds, lockers, and small closet. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms has shower/tub, single sink and toilet. The back yard has a gas grill, outdoor dining, and a large grassy area. The covered front porch has a porch swing. There is one off street parking space and plenty of street parking.
